Bradley committed to the University of Oklahoma football team as a quarterback, and was drafted seventh overall by Arizona in the 2011 First-Year Player Draft. Presented with a pair of attractive offers, he had to choose between joining a supremely talented Sooner squad or embarking on a journey to the Major Leagues.
